Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Strong ability to close business and identify cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Work with inbound insurance shoppers ready to move forward with coverage.
• Assess customer needs and recommend home, auto, and personal lines solutions.
• Identify and close cross-sell and bundling opportunities.
• Manage a high volume of quotes and policy transactions efficiently.
• Provide clear, professional guidance to help customers make informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate activity and policy records in CRM and agency systems.
• Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends.
• Collaborate with team members to drive overall performance and growth.
