Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty (P&C) license required (Life & Health is a bonus).
• 2+ years of insurance sales, agency customer service, or underwriting background.
• Strong knowledge of coverage forms, endorsements, and underwriting guidelines.
• High integrity, client-first mindset, and commitment to PA Department of Insurance compliance.

Responsibilities

• Risk Analysis & Quoting: Assess client risk profiles and prepare quotes across Commercial Lines and Personal Lines.
• Consultative Selling: Present comprehensive policy solutions for local business owners and families.
• Lead Conversion: Work warm incoming leads from TNR’s digital marketing machine and build local referrals.
• Client Retention: Maintain renewal relationships to maximize lifetime residual portfolio.
• New Business Commission: High payout percentage on new written premium.
• Lifetime Residuals: Ongoing renewal commissions on active policies year after year.
• Lead Support: Access to TNR's digital lead flow, reducing cold calling burnout.
• Carrier Choice: Access to multiple top-rated national & regional carriers.
