Job summary

Orion180 Insurance Co. is seeking a Licensed P&C Inside Sales Agent to own the full sales cycle from initial contact to policy issuance. You will work with warm leads, not cold calls, and earn competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

Active Florida General Lines P&C license in good standing or ability to get license in Utah.
Willingness to obtain a Surplus Lines License within 60 days of hire.
2+ years' experience closing personal lines P&C in a call center or direct-to-customer environment.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to policy issuance and binding.
Consult, qualify, and close warm inbound/outbound leads; no cold calling.
Document calls, outcomes, quotes, and client details using structured workflows.
Leverage HubSpot CRM and MY180 quoting software to manage your book.
Meet and exceed KPIs for policy volume, premium, conversion rates, and retention.
Cross-sell coverages in line with underwriting guidelines and customer needs.
