Orion180 Insurance Services LLC in Melbourne, FL is seeking Licensed P&C Insurance Agents for an Inside Sales role. You will manage a high-performance sales cycle with qualified warm leads, quoting and binding coverage, using our MY180 platform and HubSpot CRM.

This pure sales role emphasizes closing and growth without renewals or post-sale service work. The position offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, with an onsite, fast-paced team environment and clear performance

Qualifications

• Active Florida General Lines P&C license in good standing or ability to get license in Utah.
• Willingness to obtain a Surplus Lines License with 60 days of hire.
• 2+ years' experience closing personal lines P&C in a call center or direct-to-customer environment.
• Track record of consistently hitting volume-based quotas and you know your metrics.
• Understand homeowners' insurance coverages, deductibles, limitations, and exclusions.
• Prior experience using a CRM like HubSpot, familiarity with quoting systems, and multi-line product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to policy issuance.
• Consult, qualify, and close with warm inbound/outbound leads (no cold calling).
• Document thoroughly using structured workflows and scripts.
• Leverage HubSpot CRM and MY180 to manage your book and meet SLAs.
• Meet and exceed KPIs for policy volume, premium, conversions, and retention.
• Cross-sell strategically within underwriting guidelines and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership, Underwriting, Marketing, and Analytics to improve outcomes.
