Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on insurance needs and matching coverages to convert leads into policyholders.

You will begin with paid training in a remote work environment, and licensed hires will pursue a Property & Casualty license after hire. This role offers no cold calls, opportunities for commissions, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities
