Job summary

Orion180 Insurance Services LLC in Draper, Utah is seeking a Licensed P&C Insurance Agent – Inside Sales. You will manage warm inbound/outbound leads, guide clients through quoting and binding, and deliver a 5-star client experience with our MY180 platform.

This role is pure sales, with a base salary plus uncapped commissions, no renewals or cold calling. You will use HubSpot CRM and our quoting tools, collaborate with underwriting and marketing, and be part of a high-growth team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience closing personal lines P&C in a call center or direct-to-customer environment.
• Track record of hitting volume-based quotas and you know your metrics.
• Understand homeowners' insurance coverages, deductibles, limitations, and exclusions.
• Experience using a CRM like HubSpot and familiarity with quoting systems and multi-line product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: from first contact to policy issuance, guiding clients through quoting and binding.
• Consult, qualify & close: engage warm inbound/outbound leads and steer clients to the right coverage.
• Document thoroughly: capture every call, outcome, quote, and client detail per workflows and compliance.
• Leverage tools: use HubSpot CRM and MY180 quoting software to manage your book and meet SLAs.
• Meet & exceed goals: hit KPIs in policy volume, premium, conversion, retention, and documentation accuracy.
• Cross-sell strategically: recommend additional coverages in line with underwriting guidelines.
• Partner cross-functionally: collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, Marketing, and Analytics to improve outcomes.
• Contribute to a winning culture: share best practices and help build a high-performing sales organization.
