Orion180 seeks Licensed P&C Insurance Agents for Inside Sales to join a high-performance internal agency. You will work with qualified warm leads (no cold calling), using HubSpot CRM and MY180 quoting software to quote, quote, and issue policies.

Qualifications

• Active Florida General Lines P&C license or ability to obtain license in Utah.
• Willingness to obtain Surplus Lines License within 60 days of hire.
• 2+ years closing personal lines P&C in a call center or direct-to-customer environment.
• Proven track record of meeting volume-based quotas and you know your metrics.
• Experience with multi-line product offerings and homeowners coverages.

Responsibilities

• Own the Full Sales Cycle: advise from initial contact to policy issuance, guiding clients through quoting and binding with full coverage clarity.
• Consult, Qualify & Close: engage warm inbound/outbound leads, uncover coverage needs, and guide to the right coverage using MY180 platform.
• Document Thoroughly: capture every call, outcome, quote, and client detail using structured workflows and scripts.
• Leverage Tools: use HubSpot CRM and MY180 quoting software to manage your book and meet SLAs.
• Meet & Exceed Goals: consistently hit KPIs in policy volume, premium, conversion, retention, and accuracy.
• Cross-Sell Strategically: recommend additional coverages per underwriting guidelines and client needs.
• Partner Cross-Functionally: collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, Marketing, Analytics to improve outcomes.
• Contribute to a Winning Culture: share best practices and help build a high-performing sales organization.
