Job summary

Nicole Frost - State Farm Agency is seeking a Property & Casualty Licensed Customer Service Representative to join as a part-time or full-time member of our team in Glen Allen, VA. An active P&C license is required, with Life/Health licenses a plus, and experience with State Farm is preferred.

The role offers in-office weekday afternoon availability, an opportunity for growth, and a base pay of $20 per hour with commissions and bonuses if licensing requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Hybrid or remote position offered; office located in Glen Allen, VA.
• Life and Health license a plus; State Farm experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to learn computer systems and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate customer service on inquiries about insurance options, coverages, policy changes, transfers, and billing.
• Educate customers using a needs-based review process to discuss insurance options.
• Create sales opportunities based on customer needs when appropriate.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
