Qualifications

• Active, valid Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License is required to begin, or training will be provided.
• Experience in insurance or State Farm system (ECRM) is a plus but not required if you learn quickly.

• Dedicated work ethic with the ability to work full-time hours and start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-ins regarding billing, policy changes, and claims.
• Conduct policy reviews to ensure proper coverage for State Farm customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on pending items per compliance standards.
