Ann Haviland State Farm Agency is seeking a licensed insurance professional to join as a Customer Service Representative. You will provide service on billing questions, policy changes, and claims follow-up, while leveraging State Farm platforms to ensure accurate handling of accounts.

With hands-on State Farm experience, you will identify coverage gaps, recommend suitable products, and help build long-term customer relationships that support retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required (Life & Health a plus).
• Minimum 1 year of State Farm agency experience or strong system proficiency.
• Comfortable navigating service workflows and completing transactions quickly.
• Service-driven mindset with ability to recommend coverage when beneficial.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
• Proactive follow-up and customer care.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with billing questions, policy changes, and claims follow-up.
• Use State Farm platforms to service accounts accurately and efficiently.
• Perform proactive policy reviews to identify coverage gaps or new needs.
• Recommend additional products when appropriate to enhance customer protection.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships that drive satisfaction and retention.
• Assist with referrals and contribute to overall agency growth.
