Family Counseling Associates of Massachusetts, part of the Optum family of businesses, seeks a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our Beverly, MA team. You will provide evidence-based mental health treatment, document outcomes, and collaborate across the Optum Behavioral Care network.

Requirements include an active LICSW/LMHC/LMFT license in Massachusetts and 2+ years post-master’s experience. We offer competitive pay with incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.
• Active, unrestricted license LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts.
• 2+ years of professional behavioral health experience post-master’s degree.

Responsabilités

• Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders.
• Provide treatment for mental health conditions using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based approaches.
• Systematically track treatment response and monitor symptoms and side effects.
• Maintain accurate EMR/clinical documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Contribute to patient growth by creating profiles for online directories and marketing.
