Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related counseling field.
• Active, unrestricted clinical license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in Connecticut.
• 2+ years of professional behavioral health experience preferred.
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy to individuals and families.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook and EHRs such as Athena RMS.

Responsabilités

• Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide treatment using CBT, DBT and other evidence-based approaches.
• Monitor treatment response and track clinical symptoms.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation per regulations.
• Support online marketing by contributing patient profiles for directories.
