You will provide individual therapy, complete assessments and treatment plans, and participate in ongoing supervision and professional development.

Qualifications

• Maine-issued unrestricted clinical license (LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• Physically located in Maine
• Experience completing bio-psychosocial/diagnostic assessments and treatment plans
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Maintain professional boundaries and ethical practice
• Organized and reliable with timely documentation
• Ability to manage client caseload with supervision
• Cultural competence with diverse clients
• Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems
• Team player with collaborative mindset
• Willingness to engage in outreach and community events
• Demonstrate transparency and enthusiasm in practice

Responsibilities

• Complete intake paperwork including bio-psychosocial assessments and initial treatment plans
• Provide clinical services using creative therapy tools to help clients achieve goals
• Coordinate services/referrals and collaborate with families and professionals
• Attend clinical meetings, supervision, and trainings
• Maintain an unrestricted clinical license and 25 client hours per week for full-time status
• Support outreach and community events and contribute to a positive team culture
