Ellie Mental Health is seeking a Florida-licensed mental health clinician to join our outpatient team. You will assess, diagnose, and treat clients, developing personalized plans while collaborating with a supportive group of professionals.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited institution.
• Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, MSW, PsyD, etc.)
• On track to obtain licensure in designated field
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate professional boundaries with clients
• Timely submission of documentation for services
• Comfort working with a diverse client base
• Proficient with Office 365 and EMR systems (Valant a plus)

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and implement treatment plans with ongoing documentation.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Full‑time clinicians must bill a minimum of 25 client visits per week.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical and school staff.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Perform other meaningful duties as needed.
