Ellie Mental Health - Falmouth, ME is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to deliver high-quality mental health care for children, adolescents, and young adults in a flexible, team-centered setting. You will provide comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic services in a supportive clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Maine-issued unrestricted full or conditional clinical license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Experience working with children/adolescents preferred; ability to work with young adults up to 30.
• Willingness to work after school and/or weekend hours to meet client availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake paperwork and bio-psychosocial assessments; develop and implement initial treatment plans.
• Maintain timely documentation per policy and client needs.
• Provide clinical services using creative, evidence-based therapy tools.
• Coordinate services/referrals and collaborate with families and other professionals.
• Maintain an active clinical license and manage acaseload with supervision.
