Job summary

Terros Health seeks a licensed clinician to join our Oak Recovery Health Center team in Phoenix, AZ. You will deliver outpatient counseling for clients with mental health and substance use issues, in both individual and group settings, as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Role requires Master’s degree and current licensure; experience with co-occurring disorders is preferred. We offer full benefits, 401(k), and paid time off. Monday–Friday schedule with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Master’s degree in a related discipline.
• Licensure as LMSW/LAC/LAAC or LCSW/LPC/LIAC depending on track.
• Background checks and credential verification required.
• Experience in behavioral health and with diverse populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling to individuals and groups.
• Engage clients in living skills, wellness promotion, and rehabilitation activities.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and discharge planning timely.
• Coordinate services with case managers and medical staff.
