Job summary

Terros Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse (Psychiatric) to join the Oak Recovery Health Center. The RN will perform nursing assessments, monitor vital signs, draw blood for labs, assist with medication administration, and support integrated health care for individuals with serious mental illness.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week on day shift, with a salary range of $73,000 to $84,000 plus language differential options.

Qualifications

• AA, BS or MA in nursing.
• One year prior experience in psychiatric setting and/or behavioral health preferred.
• Experience in psychiatric crisis and with serious mental illness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including nursing assessment and vital signs.
