Job summary

Community Health Network seeks a Program Manager, Lic to coordinate and oversee behavioral health services for detox at Community Fairbanks Recovery Center, and to manage clinical services in Acute Behavioral Care and related court filings.

The role requires a post-graduate degree in behavioral health, Indiana licensure (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT), and 3+ years of clinical experience with 1+ year in leadership; detox/acute behavioral health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Post-graduate level degree (i.e., Master’s level or above) in a behavioral health field.
  • One (1) or more years of relevant leadership experience.
  • Three (3) or more years of relevant clinical experience in the mental health/behavioral health field is required.
  • Licensed in the State of Indiana as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Substance use detox or acute behavioral health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee behavioral health services for detox at the Community Fairbanks Recovery Center and clinical services in Acute Behavioral Care.
  • Provide day-to-day onsite oversight of clinical services and operations.
  • Supervise all clinical staff and ensure conformance with clinical and operational standards.
  • Serve as first line responder to customer complaints and ensure exceptional patient experiences.
  • Aim to achieve clinical and financial program targets.

The Program Manager, Lic provides coordination and oversight for behavioral health services for detox at Community Fairbanks Recovery Center, clinical services in Acute Behavioral Care, and court filings. This position is responsible for clinical services and program operations and may have direct clinical service responsibilities. The Program Manager provides day-to-day onsite oversight of clinical services and operations. This position supervises all clinical staff and ensures conformance with applicable clinical and operation performance standards. The Program Manager provides first line response to customer complaints and ensuring exceptional patient experiences. This position is responsible for achieving clinical and financial program targets.

  • Applicants can analyze data involving many variables to make decisions in a timely manner.
  • Post-graduate level degree (i.e., Master’s level or above) from an accredited college or university in a behavioral health field.
  • One (1) or more years of relevant leadership experience.
  • Three (3) or more years of relevant clinical experience in the mental health/behavioral health field is required.
  • Licensed in the State of Indiana as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health
  • Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
  • Substance use detox and/or acute behavioral health care experience preferred.
