Job summary

Community Health Network is seeking a Program Manager, Lic to oversee behavioral health services at the detox and acute behavioral care units. You will supervise clinical staff, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure adherence to clinical and performance standards.

The role requires licensure in Indiana (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT), a post-graduate degree in behavioral health, and several years of leadership and clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate level degree (i.e., Master’s level or above) in a behavioral health field.
• One or more years of relevant leadership experience.
• Three or more years of relevant clinical experience in mental health/behavioral health.
• Licensed in Indiana as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• Clinical skills appropriate to assigned business unit.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee behavioral health services for detox and acute behavioral care units.
• Supervise all clinical staff and ensure day-to-day onsite oversight of clinical services and operations.
• Serve as first-line response to customer complaints and ensure exceptional patient experiences.
• Ensure conformance with applicable clinical and operation performance standards.
• Aim to achieve clinical and financial program targets.
