Job summary

Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC's Atlanta Outpatient Center is seeking a Clinical Program Coordinator to lead the outpatient program and ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, program operations, and collaboration with center leadership.

The candidate must hold LPC, LCSW, or LMFT Independent Licensure and will oversee clinical services, conduct biopsychosocial assessments, and support discharge planning while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Must hold LPC, LCSW, or LMFT Independent Licensure.
• A minimum of 2 years of management setting familiarity with Quality Improvement, JC standards, ASAM criteria.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day clinical and operational operations of the outpatient program.
• Facilitates IOP groups and maintains patient caseload as needed.
• Develops and maintains Master Treatment Plans and discharge planning.
• Ensures compliance with licensing, accreditation, regulatory, payer, and company standards.
• Provides supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to staff.
