Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility. Compensation is $75,000–$90,000 per year.

You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, create personalized care plans, and ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements. A current OT license is required; NBCOT certification as applicable by state.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as required by state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
