Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 per year.

You will evaluate and treat patients, create personalized care plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain documentation for regulatory compliance, and ensure physician orders are current. Must hold an OT degree and state licensure.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• NBCOT certification may be required depending on state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
