Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting. Competitive hourly pay and strong clinical education support are provided.

You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, develop care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Licensure requirements apply and immigration support is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an AOTA-accredited program (BS/MS/MA/OTD).
• NBCOT certification as an OTR or eligibility as required by state.
• Current/active license to practice OT in the state.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
