Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility. Compensation ranges from $36.00 to $43.00 per hour, with a focus on delivering high-quality rehab services and supporting patient independence.

You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, create personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if required by state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
