Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program (AOTA-accredited).
• NBCOT certification; state requirements may apply.
• Current OT license in the state of practice.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and update all required physician orders.
