Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team. You will perform comprehensive OT evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver high-quality care across settings, ensuring MD orders are satisfied and documented accurately.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., M.A., M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by AOTA.
• NBCOT designation as an OTR (if state mandated)
• OT holds a current license and/or registration in-state as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form promptly and accurately.
• Create a comprehensive treatment plan with short- and long-term goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Ensure MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver treatment using modalities and adjust as needed while observing precautions.
