Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team. You will perform comprehensive OT evaluations based on MD orders, document findings, and develop treatment plans with short- and long-term goals, frequency, and modalities in accordance with guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited university with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy as recognized.
• NBCOT certification and state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, if state mandates.
• Current license/registration to practice OT in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on medical orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form timely and accurately.
• Develop a comprehensive treatment plan with long- and short-term goals, frequency and modalities.
• Ensure orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver treatment to patients using appropriate modalities and adjust as needed.
