Job summary

Renewal Rehab in Michigan is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. You will perform comprehensive OT evaluations and deliver client-centered treatment, ensuring MD orders are obtained and documentation is timely.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., M.S., or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by AOTA.
• NBCOT designation as an OTR (if state mandated).
• Current license/registration to practice as an OT in-state.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form promptly and accurately.
• Develop a comprehensive treatment plan with short- and long-term goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
• Deliver comprehensive treatment to patients using appropriate modalities while adhering to safety precautions.
