Job summary

Qualifications

• State licensure/registration maintained per regulations.
• ABO/NCLE certifications required or preferred.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with eyewear purchases, measure pupillary distance, and verify prescriptions.
• Adjust, repair, and dispense eyewear; process orders and ensure accurate documentation.
• Educate members on eyewear usage, care, and lens options; support contact lens instructions.
• Process insurance claims and communicate with labs and optometrists as needed.
