• Handles claims, returns and pricing within the Optical area.
• Operates the POS system and processes member purchases, refunds and exchanges.
• Educates members on eyewear usage, care, and contact lens insertion/removal.
• Measures pupillary distance and verifies prescription information for lenses.
• Performs frame adjustments, repairs and final inspection of eyewear.
• Coordinates with labs and optometrists on orders and product updates.
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant records and processes insurance payments when applicable.
