Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• State Licensure in Opticianry.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise and fashion trends.
• Familiarity with POS systems and tablets.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Ability to embrace new technology and change.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers and set expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescriptions in lenses.
• Lead with optical knowledge on the floor.
• Take measurements and ensure eyewear meets standards.
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Maintain accurate use of technology under time pressure and provide excellent service.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time with competing customer demands.
• Contribute to achieving brand KPIs and store objectives.
• Keep store appearance clean, attractive, and organized.
• Adhere to policies including discounts, promotions, and inventory management.
