Warby Parker is seeking a licensed dispensing optician to join our Flatbush Avenue team in New York. You will measure, fit and adjust eyewear, ensuring accuracy and adherence to optical standards while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will explain prescriptions, help customers select frames, and collaborate with the team to uphold our brand and service standards. We value detail, clear communication, and a positive, energetic team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in required states or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Ability to explain eyewear terminology clearly to customers.
• Strong focus on accuracy and high‑quality service.

Responsibilities

• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
