Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State Licensure.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener & team builder.
• Familiarity with POS, computers & calculators.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and set expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescriptions in lenses.
• Record measurements and adjust eyewear precisely.
• Maintain store appearance and organize display.
• Assist team with complex product needs & prescriptions.
• Use technology accurately under time pressure while demonstrating product knowledge.
