Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State Licensure required.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer service: communicator, listener & team builder.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Awareness of current fashion trends.
• Selling skills with iPad/tablet use.
• Familiarity with POS, computers & calculators.
• Embrace new technology and change.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers and set expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescription in lenses.
• Lead in optical acumen.
• Take and record measurements, accurately adjust eyewear with attention to detail.
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Use technology accurately under time pressure with strong product knowledge.
• Proactively address issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Multi-task and prioritize with competing priorities.

• Keep store appearance clean, attractive and organized.
