Job summary

Qualifications

• Active state optician licensure/registration
• ABO/NCLE certifications preferred
• Experience in optical service or retail operations beneficial

Responsibilities

• Assist members with eyewear purchases, measurements and adjustments
• Process eyewear and contact lens orders, payments, refunds and exchanges
• Maintain and organize the Optical area, stock inventory, and ensure cleanliness and calibration of equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs with labs and optometrists

Education

Associate’s degree in opticianry, healthcare, or related field
