LensCrafters is seeking a Licensed Optician to deliver the brand value by providing legendary customer service and precisely crafted eyewear. You will help establish LensCrafters as the premier destination for vision needs in the community, ensuring high-quality eyewear and exceptional service.

Typical duties include fitting glasses, recording measurements, using technology efficiently, and supporting team needs while maintaining store standards and KPIs.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State Licensure for opticians.
• Optical dispensing experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers and set expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescriptions in lenses.
• Lead in optical knowledge and service quality.
• Take and record measurements; adjust eyewear precisely.
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Use technology accurately under time pressure and maintain product knowledge.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and exceed expectations with solutions.
• Multi-task, prioritize and manage time with competing priorities.
• Contribute to Brand KPIs and store presentation.
• Maintain store appearance; keep it clean, attractive and organized.
• Report safety opportunities to management; follow safe practices.
• Be resourceful, self-motivated and open to learning and improvement.
• Adhere to policies on discounts, promotions and inventory.
