LensCrafters in Miami, FL is seeking a Licensed Optician to deliver the brand value proposition and help establish LensCrafters as the premier destination for vision care in the community. You will provide legendary customer service and ensure eyewear meets the highest quality standards, aiming to exceed customer expectations every day.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, taking precise measurements, fitting and adjusting eyewear, mentoring colleagues, using iPad/tablet tools and POS

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State Licensure required for optical practice.
• Optical dispensing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication and team skills.
• Knowledge of store merchandise and basic math. (≤140 chars each)

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and set expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescription in lenses.
• Record measurements and adjust eyewear accurately.
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Maintain product knowledge and store standards.
• Use technology and tools under time pressure to satisfy customers.
