LensCrafters in Columbus, GA is seeking a Licensed Optician who delivers exceptional customer service and crafts high-quality eyewear. You will fit, measure, and adjust lenses to ensure optimal vision while upholding the brand's commitment to care and accuracy.

The role requires state licensure, optical dispensing experience, and strong communication with customers. You will work with technology, iPads, and POS systems to provide a legendary experience and drive store performance.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State Licensure for optical dispensing.
• Optical dispensing experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication and team skills.
• Familiarity with POS, tablets and eyewear merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and set expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescriptions in lenses.
• Lead in optical knowledge and service.
• Take measurements and ensure eyewear meets standards.
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Use technology and POS with accuracy under time pressure.
• Keep store organized and support brand KPIs.
