Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• State licensure required.
• Experience in optical dispensing and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and set expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescriptions in lenses.
• Lead with optical knowledge and assist with complex product needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust eyewear precisely to avoid errors.
• Support team with prescriptions and product knowledge.
• Use technology accurately under time pressure and maintain customer focus.
• Maintain store appearance and adhere to policies and inventory management.
