Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• State licensure for optical dispensing.
• Experience dispensing eyewear and related products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in selecting frames and lenses.
• Interpret prescriptions from optometrists and ophthalmologists.
• Take and record eye and face measurements for proper fit.
• Create work orders for lab technicians and track order status.
• Adjust and dispense glasses ensuring proper fit and comfort.
• Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and care.
