Job summary

Visology Ltd. is seeking a Licensed Optician to lead the team across multiple stores in Massachusetts and Texas.

You will supervise Eyewear Sales Stylist teams, champion telemedicine eye exams, and ensure store readiness and inventory accuracy through hands-on leadership and coaching. You bring Massachusetts licensure, 5+ years of optical experience with supervisory responsibility, and a track record of developing teams.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Optician credential (Massachusetts required).
• Minimum 5 years optical experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or multi-site role.
• Deep optical knowledge across lenses, standards, troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership with training, coaching, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly between locations.

What You'll Do

Supervise, coach, and train Eyewear Sales Stylist teams across 3–5 retail locations

Champion our telemedicine eye exam workflows and keep every store's team exam-ready

Own inventory accuracy, store readiness, and consistency across your locations

Roll up your sleeves and provide hands-on operational coverage when a store needs it

Turn escalated customer concerns into resolved, loyal patients

Track performance metrics across your stores and drive the improvements that move the needle

What You Bring

Active Licensed Optician credential (Massachusetts required)

5+ years of optical experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or multi-site role

Deep optical knowledge — lenses, standards, troubleshooting, all of it

Leadership that inspires: strong training, coaching, and communication skills

Willingness to travel regularly between locations
