Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a licensed optician at the Burlington Mall (part-time) to deliver exceptional service and expert eyewear guidance. You’ll take measurements, fit frames, and ensure finished eyewear meets our optical standards while explaining prescription terminology to customers.

You will work with a collaborative team, help customers select frames and lenses based on their needs, and promote Warby Parker values throughout the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician required in states that license (or ABO-certified if not).
• Ability to explain prescription terminology clearly to customers.
• Attention to detail in measurements and eyewear adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to meet eyewear needs and provide service excellence.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Explain prescription terms and product options to customers.
• Collaborate with team to implement best practices in sales and service.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, face shape, and lifestyle.
• Represent Warby Parker values to educate customers and promote brand.
