Job summary

A state license in ophthalmic dispensing is required; you will work with the SERVE sales process, ensure HIPAA compliance, maintain accurate pricing, and support team training and onsite operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in frame and lens selection.

• Utilize SERVE sales process to identify needs and recommend lenses.
• Interpret prescriptions and coordinate with Lab and Optometrist for accuracy.
• Sell, fit and dispense frames and accessories with precise measurements.
• Maintain a clean and orderly dispensing area.
• Ensure accurate customer pricing.
• Maintain required licensure per state guidelines.
• Provide guidance to Apprentice Opticians where applicable.
• Adhere to HIPAA and privacy policies.
• Participate in required training and education activities.
