Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Optical industry experience and current state license preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide Exceptional Customer Service by applying optical expertise to meet patient needs.
• Stay informed about sales, promotions, and company policies.
• Process payments and refunds using our Point of Sale system.
• Educate patients on eyeglass care and lens options.
• Process insurance claims accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and patient files.
• Take measurements, prepare work orders, and verify final products.
