• Licensed Optician with ABO/NCLE credentials or state license.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers on entry and assess needs.
• Provide product recommendations and eyewear solutions.
• Meet sales goals while following policies.
• Assist patients in selecting products within budget.
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve complaints.
• Measure, fit, and adjust lenses and frames per prescription.
• Maintain brand standards and store housekeeping.
