Job summary

Now Optics, d/b/a Stanton Optical, seeks a Licensed Optician in Arkansas to deliver an easy eye care experience. You will greet customers, educate patients, and assist in the dispense process while supporting sales and upholding brand standards.

Required ABO/NCLE license (or state license), a high school diploma, and proven customer service excellence. Benefits, competitive pay, and professional development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients as a Licensed Optician
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
• Strong communication with diverse groups of people

Responsibilities

• Greet all patients and customers as they enter the store, identifying needs for an easy and memorable experience
• Provide recommendations on products and services available
• Achieve sales goals while complying with company and local policies
• Assist patients to choose products that fit budget and eyecare needs
• Identify and troubleshoot prescription-related issues to resolve customer concerns
• Measure, fit, and adapt lenses and frames per prescription or specs; perform minor repairs
• Maintain brand standards with basic housekeeping duties
• Perform other duties as assigned
