Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging members and assisting with purchases.
• Educates members on eyewear usage and supports contact lens insertion and care.
• Measures pupillary distance and lens fit for various types; performs frame adjustments and repairs.
• Processes optical orders and payments, monitors inventory, and ensures equipment cleanliness.
• Schedules appointments and coordinates with labs/optometrists as needed.
