Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Active state optician licensure required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to use a tablet and POS systems.
• Familiarity with eyewear measurement and fitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Custom fits glasses and precisely places prescription in lenses.
• Takes and records measurements, adjusts eyewear accurately.
• Explores patient needs with open-ended questions and upsells where appropriate.
• Adheres to company policies and procedures and safety standards.
• Works weekends and evenings as required by location.
