Luxottica's Team Vision True Eye Experts in Tampa, FL seeks a Licensed Optician to provide eyewear fittings, accurate measurements, and expert patient care. You will help our practice deliver outstanding vision services and patient experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain active state licensure, manage inventory, and uphold brand standards while collaborating with team members to meet KPIs and drive satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Active state optical licensure; must maintain license.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Strong basic math skills; tablet experience helpful.
• Embraces new technology and change.

Responsibilities

• Custom fits glasses and positions prescriptions in lenses.
• Leads in optical knowledge and supports peers.
• Takes and records measurements; ensures eyewear meets standards.
• Assesses patient needs by asking questions and advising.
• Supports inventory management and policy adherence.
• Aims for KPIs and delivers exceptional patient experiences.
