Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by fostering a retail selling culture.
• Develop professional relationships with Associates and Doctors.
• Fill eyeglass prescriptions and fit lenses/frames, including measurements.
• Assist customers in frame selection and coordinate with prescription.
• Conduct bridge, eyesize, and pupillary distance measurements.
• Troubleshoot vision issues to resolve customer concerns.
• Help train new associates on frame and lens selection.
• Ensure merchandising aligns with planogram and standards.
• Maintain accurate pricing and timely delivery quotes.
• Maximize Managed Vision Care relationships and opportunities.
• Support marketing programs and promotions.
